Play It Fair! is an easy to use educational Toolkit developed to promote human rights, non-discrimination and peaceful conflict resolution within non-formal education programs for children, such as summer camps or after school activities.
- A resource of activities. More than 60 games to promote human rights values such as cooperation, respect for diversity, fairness, inclusion, respect, responsibility and acceptance with children aged 6-12 years and youth working with them.
- A prevention tool. To promote positive values and encourage the development of an environment that fosters inclusion, respect and cooperation.
- An intervention tool. To provide constructive responses to conflict and to support staff to address challenging situations related to bullying, cliques, exclusion etc.

Who is the Toolkit intended for?

The Toolkit is intended for:
- Children aged 6 to 12 to support the integration of human rights values into their attitudes and behaviour.
- Staff working with children, to promote human rights values and peaceful conflict resolution within their activities with children.

What are the values promoted by the Toolkit?
|
| The Toolkit helps to reinforce the positive values that stem from the fundamental principles of human dignity and equality contained in the Universal Decalaration of Human Rights. The human rights values promoted by the Toolkit are: Cooperation, Respect, Fairness, Inclusion, Respect for Diversity, Responsibility, Acceptance. |

What is in the Toolkit?
|
The Toolkit includes a References section to help staff become familiar with human rights principles and to learn to make the best use of the Toolkit. The Activities section of the Toolkit contains over 60 activities, as well as an index of activities by age, value and issue.
